Spring Break

The kids are on their third and final week of spring break. I always like having them home but I think we've all had plenty of quality time together...they are starting to get annoyed with each other which seems to always be a sign that it's time to go back to school.

We've had a fun couple of weeks. We've painted bedrooms, played went to the zoo and went to Utah to see my sister, Mary and her family. I am exhausted! But I am ready to get back to our normal routine next week.

Steve leaves next week for a week long trip to Utah and thankfully it's just from Monday-Friday so he'll be home for the weekend but then leave again for a Monday-Thursday trip to Maryland (I believe...I'm having a hard time keeping track of where he's going and when he's going there).

The trees are blooming and the grass is turning green again. Spring is in the air though and it's just beautiful here!
