I'd like to introduce you to Casey. Casey is 15 years old but you would not know that by looking at him. Casey will turn 16 this year. Do you know what happens when a child turns 16?? They age out of the system and end up on the streets. It's a lot like foster care here in America right? The difference really is that in America, kids age out at 18 and if they have special needs, there is still help for them. There is no help for Casey if he ages out and does not find his forever family.
