Here is Heath. Heath will be turning 12 sometime this year. He certainly does not look that old from his photo. Heath has been transferred to a mental institute for children 6-18. Can you imagine that? Living in an institution where you don't get the time, attention, stimulation and most importantly love that you need as a human being and especially a child? If you click on the link, you'll notice that Heath has a very large grant available to a family adopting him. How this works is once you have a travel date I believe, that money is then available to cover expenses of travel and things like that. Adopting a child internationally can be very costly and his grant could help lower that cost tremendously.
